The raw materials for our wines partly originate from our own vineyards, and partly from grapes procured from other growers and regions.

The majority of our vineyards - 290 ha, are located in Transdanubia at the Igar-Vámszőlőhegy Vineyard (Tolna wine region). Until recently, we have exclusively grown only white grape varieties there, such as: Chardonnay, Rhine Riesling Italian Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Irsai Oliver, Zöldveltelini (Grüner Veltliner), Cserszegi Fűszeres, Zengő and the very popular Pinot Gris. The Igar-Vámszőlőhegy Vineyard is continually enhanced in order to produce ever higher quality raw materials for our wines. The trellis support system is continuously replaced. In addition, 100 ha of the oldest vineyards were replanted with blue grapes such as Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Blauer Portugieser in 2010.

Another 140 ha of our own vineyards in Hajós have been planted primarily with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as Blaufränkisch and a few white varieties such as Cserszegi Fűszeres, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Most of these Hajós vineyards began to turn in crop in 2007.

One will find wines in our product range which are made from high quality grapes not grown in our own vineyards. These grapes are provided through purchasing contracts with growers in the Matra, Eger and Szekszárd areas. In this case, the quality of the raw materials purchased is especially crucial to guarantee the level of our products. Good wine can only be made from good, healthy grapes!

Our company also distributes Eger Bull\'s Blood, and Tokaj Furmint and Hárslevelű (Lindenblättriger in German) custom made under contract by other wineries in the respective region under professional supervision of our winemakers.
